Loadstar Trailers Inc. had never had a dedicated Marketing Coordinator before they engaged me to help them transform their brand, marketing, and multimedia to grow their business as a recognized North American leader in the heavy haul trailer industry.
A new pilot program being launched in Peterborough Ontario that will shift how business development services are done. I did the discovery facilitation, brand design, content creation, qr code business cards with a booking system, and a responsive Wordpress website development for this exciting startup. My own discovery facilitation service was integrated into the offerings.
I successfully completed the brand development, creative direction, and multimedia production for this 3-month startup launch contract. I did discovery, research, and industry testing before I produced and published the new brand, wrote the content, designed graphics, and developed a Wordpress website with training membership functionality.
Danny Fung is a real estate industry disruptor with a vision for his business to become an iconic household name. The company, in its pre-seed funding stage, needed a visual brand that would help it to stand out, so I created the iAgent wordmark, logo, brand guide, and teaser animation. I also published a password protected investor introduction website and business card to support their fundraising initiatives.
Through my collaborative discovery facilitation, service development, brand creation, and multimedia publishing this extraordinary life coaching expert, Serge Grandbois, was able to develop a new business to meet the post pandemic virtual life coaching needs of the world.
In 2014, I provided discovery facilitation and some business development guidance to an equipment tester named Sam. He had an idea for a new turn-key cloud based operating system solution. He didn’t have business experience but he was committed to his dream. In 2020 I became one of his startup advisors and along with writing his executive summary I produced his pitch deck, website, and marketing plan. He then successfully raised his pre-seed capital to get his prototype papered and ready to raise more funds.
The pandemic lock down was in full effect and a Pilates instructor used my discovery facilitation to redesign her professional life and become an entrepreneur. We then collaborated to create Pilates GALS, an online membership community with virtual Pilates instruction, well being content, and a community space for like minded women. To help her launch the business I did brand design, photography, content writing, Wordpress development, and video production.
While running Full Media Agency, our bid for the RGAX website redesign won. As Creative Director, Account Manager, and Project Manager it was my responsibility to collaborate with the amazing RGAX leadership, marketing, and legal teams to make a complex project succeed through discovery facilitation, innovative design, and a content driven user experience.
Managing the Fiebing’s account took me on a deep dive into both manufacturer to consumer and manufacturer to distributor marketing. We refreshed the website, added an e-commerce solution, produced product introduction videos, published branded animations, launched Fiebing’s Academy, produced hundreds of Amazon friendly product photos, and took the existing 100+ year old brand to a whole new level. We also produced print and digital advertisements and designed in-store placement visual mockups for pitches to retailers.
Denver had an inspirational concept to create a community website focused on positive growth and self improvement. As Creative Director and Marketing Specialist I led market research and discovery to evolve his initial brand to be original and community focused. My team and I produced the brand, graphics, videos, written content, a membership website, and print collateral. I also marketed and produced his first live community event and lead his focus group.
